Portfolio

This site is a static portfolio. The current project scan found no contact forms, accounts, payments, comments, analytics scripts, advertising pixels, geolocation requests, notification prompts, or server-side API calls on this portfolio.

The scan did find mailto links, Google Fonts, device capability checks for performance, external links, and Vercel hosting configuration. Site-level caching has been removed.

Information Collected

Email you choose to send

If you use a mailto link, your email app opens and you may send your name, email address, message, attachments, and any information you include. That information is used only to read, respond to, and manage the conversation.

Lawful basis: Legitimate interests in replying to messages, and pre-contract steps if you contact about work, internships, or collaboration.
Retention: Email is kept only as long as needed for the conversation, collaboration, records, or legal reasons. Routine messages are reviewed for deletion when they are no longer useful.

Website delivery and security logs

The site is configured for deployment on Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel may process technical request data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, referrer, timestamps, diagnostics, and security or usage logs so the site can be delivered and protected.

Lawful basis: Legitimate interests in serving the website, keeping it secure, preventing abuse, debugging errors, and understanding operational issues.
Recipient: Vercel, as hosting and infrastructure provider.

Google Fonts acknowledgment

This site keeps its existing Google Fonts setup. When your browser loads the fonts, it requests files from Google domains such as fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Google states that these font requests can include your IP address, the requested URL, user-agent details, and the referrer, and that the Google Fonts API does not set or log cookies.

Lawful basis: Legitimate interests in presenting the portfolio with consistent typography and a lightweight font delivery setup.
Recipient: Google, for delivery of the font files requested by your browser.

On-device interaction and performance checks

JavaScript reads browser signals such as viewport size, pointer type, reduced-motion preference, save-data preference, device memory, and hardware concurrency. It also reacts to pointer, click, scroll, focus, and keyboard events for visual effects, navigation transitions and accessibility behavior. These checks run locally in your browser and are not transmitted by this portfolio.

How Information Is Handled

No first-party cookies are set by this portfolio.
No analytics, advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making is used on this portfolio.
Personal information is not sold.
Personal information is shared only with providers needed to run the site or handle messages, such as hosting, font delivery, and email services.
External links to GitHub, LinkedIn, study.pasbola.com, puddin.pasbola.com, and email services are governed by the privacy practices of those services once you open them.

International Transfers

Vercel, Google, and email providers may process technical or message data in countries outside Ireland, the EEA, or the UK. Their own privacy notices describe their transfer mechanisms and safeguards. This portfolio does not intentionally transfer visitor data for advertising or analytics.

Your GDPR Rights

Where GDPR applies, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal data. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where consent is used.
